We are located in the Blue Hills of Dewey, Arizona, elevation 4,700'.  Dewey is 75 miles north of Phoenix in the foothills of the Bradshaw mountans.  Arizona doesn't change it's clocks.

We issue Repair Order Numbers to all incoming boards. You can request a Repair Order Number by clicking this link  Repair Request.

We use USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation as our primary return shipper.  Your repaired board will ship after payment is received.  Two day inbound and outbound shipping is common to most major city areas and the post office is across the street from the shop!   Our daily cutoff time for shipping is 3:45PM.
