Purchasing Info

Boards for Sale:
1. Select a board from our For Sale page.
2. Send us an Email with the board you wish to purchase.
3. We send a PayPal invoice to your Email. Click link and pay with credit card on their secured server.
4. If Payment is made by eCheck, it may take 5 days for funds to clear before the board ships.
5. Let us know if you wish to pay by check. You can mail a check instead of paying with PayPal.
6. You will receive an e-mail tracking number when the board ships.
7. If the board fails within 3 months, return it for repair at no charge.
8. We will refund your return shipping up to $20 if the board failed due to our parts or workmanship.

Repairs:
1. Get a Repair order number. You will be given our shipping address.
2. We will do an initial inspection of your circuit board when it arrives.
3. We post an estimated cost for the repair within the website.
4. Repairs are made only after you have approved the estimate.
5. If you choose not to get it repaired, you pay $35 plus return shipping.
6. We will email you an invoice from paypal@spa-boards.com through PayPal.
7. Let us know if you wish to pay by check. You can mail a check instead of paying with PayPal.
8. Your repaired board will ship after payment is received.
